James Mastapha – Head of Operations
James has 30 years of global financial services industry experience and has worked in operational roles in Fiji, Cook Islands and Papua New Guinea.
He has a Master in Business Administration from Central Queensland University and a Fiji Directors Certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
James is based in IHL Suva Office.
Ilyaz Koya – Head of Broking
Ilyaz has spent over 20 years in the Insurance industry and has extensive experience in the placement and management of Insurance programs for Corporate clients in Fiji and globally.
He has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and has been admitted as a Senior Associate CIP. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ramita Nandan – Financial Controller
Ramita has spent 11 years with IHL and is responsible for managing the day to day accounting functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory authority, Reserve Bank of Fiji
She has a Bachelor of Arts, with double majors in Accounting and Economics from USP, Suva and is an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
Ramita is based in IHL Nadi
Joji Butadroka – Account Manager/Nadi Branch Broker Team Leader
Joji has had a successful and distinguished career spanning several decades in the Insurance and legal field.
He has a LLB, PDLP from USP, Suva and is currently enrolled with Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance for Senior Associate CIP accreditation.
Joji is based in IHL Nadi Office
Sarah Chand – Senior Account Manager
Sarah has spent over 18 years in the Insurance Industry and has experience in the placement and management of insurance programs for clients in Fiji and in the Pacific Region.
She has Diplomas in Information Systems and Information Technology and a Certificate from Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
